Emily Gardem Nutrition

Available: Friday's

Hi there! I'm Emily!

I'm a Nutritionist (I have a Bachelor of Health Science - Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine), a Chef and a mother to two beautiful young children.

I understand how it feels to be exhausted, stressed, burnout, overwhelmed and time poor, and also understand how hard it is to take care of yourself when you are busy working or taking care of others as well. Because of this, I am extremely passionate about helping, supporting women to feel well again, and helping them to regain control of their health.

I have a holistic approach, exploring all aspects of your health, and offer highly personalised treatment plans, supported by the most current research. My advice and guidance is set out in such a way to ensure not to overwhelm, but also ensure long-term success with realistic and achievable goals.

I offer one on one consultations in a warm and understanding environment, create individualised meal plans and am also available for cooking and/or nutrition workshops. I educate and provide guidance on the fundamentals of nutrition, offer lifestyle advice, will show you how to make better choices when purchasing food, the links between your symptoms and the foods you are eating, and encourage you to make the changes you need to bring balance back to your body.

My door is open to anyone requiring nutritional advice for a range of conditions or health concerns and, have a special interest supporting mothers and guiding women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and beyond.

I look forward to meeting you!
